Sohan Exotica

Hey everyone! I’m Kshitij, working in tech, moving to Bangalore by the 15th November. I’ve found a spacious 3 BHK apartment on the 6th floor around the Hebbal area (Sohan Exotica Society [https://maps.app.goo.gl/D1AoGiWCvXYEGCzo6?g_st=ic](https://maps.app.goo.gl/D1AoGiWCvXYEGCzo6?g_st=ic&fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAcGRvZgVicmlkETFCUTYyMHJ1VktDMFNMU0VTc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQQMjIyMDM5MTc4ODIwMDg5MgABHy-v6u4Rwz4ldFdF0EhOTFOV8MdemQCgXeNiduPrK0U6tNT2mnQxb-1LfCbV_aem_evIApp9ohKMg2sq3XdjfkQ) ). The flat is brand new and interior works will get over by 10th Nov. I have attached a video (works undergoing). I'm looking for just one flatmate to share the 3 BHK with and take the second room (with attached washroom) The Setup: - I am bringing all the furniture for the flat, including the hall, kitchen setup, and the cots for the bedrooms. - All you need to bring is your own mattress! The Vibe & Details: - Balconies: It comes with two balconies - Neat, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. - Open to non-veg food, drinking, and smoking (strictly in the balcony). I prefer a mature, decent-class living environment. Rent (your share): 25k No setup cost No brokerage Security (your share): 1.5 Lakhs If this sounds like your kind of place, drop me a dm or comment.
