KPL Garden Apartment

Looking for a female flatmate to join our 3bhk fully furnished apartment. One fully furnished bedroom with an attached washroom is available. Bed, mattress, office chair is included. Rent + maintenance: ₹12,850 (STEAL DEAL!) Deposit: ₹83,333 (per person) Available: 1st of December Location: KPL Garden Apartment, Horamavu. Within 10 kms to Manyata Tech Park, Bagmane Constellation, Google Office, RMZ Infinity. The apartment is fully set up from TV, sofa, AC in living room to modular kitchen with microwave & oven. You just need to get your bags! We're two women in our 30s working in creative/business roles. We cook and eat non-veg, occasionally have friends over for drinks/parties at home, but we're not a constant party house. Would prefer someone with similar eating habits. If we are not out with friends on the weekend, we enjoy our peaceful time watching something together. One of us is into reading and another is into dancing, if you have any hobby of your own that can definitely be fun 🙂 We currently share a one-time daily cook and household help, and we expect the new flatmate to participate equally in household responsibilities and expenses. We are a fun bunch of people, looking for someone clean, responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and ideally looking for a home rather than just a place to sleep. 🙂 Fill this form to get in touch⬇️ check the attached link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdbDdt108VwKa5JzeamVAESFu81IR4H2AIwx38lIPU5GIcedA/viewform?usp=dialog For property Videos checkout: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1144861295067713
