**Looking for a Female Flatmate in HSR Layout, Sector 1! 🏡** Looking for a replacement in a lovely 2BHK in **Sector 1, HSR Layout**, available from **1st December** (can accommodate an earlier move-in around 20-25th November as well). **About the room:** * Spacious, well-ventilated room with two windows and plenty of natural light. * Attached washroom. **About the location:** The location is fantastic! Just a short walk from some great cafes, restaurants, hangout spots, and lovely parks. It's a peaceful, well-established residential neighbourhood. **Rent & other costs:** * Rent: ₹20,000/month * House help: ₹1,500/month * Security deposit: ₹75,000 (fully refundable at the time of moving out, subject to the usual terms). * One-time setup cost: ₹50,000 (negotiable) **A little about the setup:** The house was initially unfurnished, so we've furnished and equipped it ourselves. The one-time setup cost of ₹50,000 covers everything we've purchased for the common areas, including the sofa, TV, fridge, washing machine, air fryer, stove, utensils, water purifier, etc. Nothing is rented, so everything belongs to us! I'm also open to selling my personal furniture (bed, table, chair, bookshelf) separately, if needed. These are not included in the setup cost. **A little about the people:** The landlord is extremely sweet, understanding, and non-interfering. There are no restrictions on the house as long as there are no noise complaints. The existing flatmate is lovely, quite chill, and mostly keeps to herself. It's a comfortable, peaceful setup!
