Salarpuria Serenity

Looking for a female flatmate in the heart of HSR 🏡 We have one room available in a semi-furnished 3 BHK at Salarpuria Serenity, HSR Layout. You can move in immediately! It’s the first room shown in the video, with an attached washroom. The society has a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, and 24/7 security - with cafés and restaurants close by. Costs per person: • Rent: Approx. ₹26,667/month + maintenance split equally • Deposit: Approx. ₹66,667 (₹2 lakh split three ways) • Brokerage: Approx. ₹26,667 (₹80,000 split three ways) • Furniture rental costs will also be split equally. We’re easygoing and chill - drinking, smoking and having friends over are all fine. We don’t mind non-veg food being ordered in, but no cooking non-veg at home. Just looking for someone considerate and respectful of shared spaces. 📍 Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/V7q1YTqZ1RgnKasq7 For property Videos checkout: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1058888987193195
